Detailed terms and conditions for "My Golden Core Guarantee and 1000 Riyal Reward"

To benefit from this unique guarantee and claim the reward of one thousand riyals (1000 SAR), all the requirements outlined below must be met precisely:

First: Commitment to the usage program (90 days)

  1. Trial period: It is required to commit to using the product designated for hair or skin care for a period of no less than three full months (90 consecutive days) , in order to ensure that the product is given enough time to achieve the desired results.
  2. Visual documentation: The customer must provide two clear, high-quality images: one showing the condition before starting to use the product and one showing the condition after completing the 90-day period .
  3. Follow the instructions: Strictly adhere to the usage instructions and recommended dosages shown on the packaging or in the enclosed parts of the product.


Second: Eligibility and Safety Requirements

  1. Sole use: This product must be the sole source of care during the 90-day period. The warranty is void if the product's components are mixed or if any other non-Nawati care products are used concurrently.
  2. Request for benefit: The request to benefit from the warranty, along with the required documents (photos), must be sent to the customer service team within a maximum period of 48 hours from the end date of the specified usage period (day 90).


Third: Exceptions to the guarantee

  1. Medical conditions: The guarantee does not apply to failure to achieve effectiveness resulting from specific pre-existing or genetic skin conditions (such as alopecia, psoriasis, severe eczema), or internal health problems that require medical intervention (such as severe vitamin deficiencies or hormonal disorders).
  2. Violation of conditions: The warranty becomes void and invalid if it is proven or suspected that any of the above conditions have not been adhered to or that the product has been misused.

Fourth: The mechanism for reviewing and disbursing the bonus

  1. Management Decision: All guarantee requests are subject to final evaluation and review by the Nawati Store Management Team, and the management's decision is final and unappealable regarding the customer's eligibility for the reward.
  2. Reward value: The reward offered to the eligible customer is a cash amount of 1000 Saudi Riyals as compensation for not achieving the desired results. The original shipping fees and VAT will be deducted from this amount before transfer.
  3. Compensation: The reward (1000 SAR) is a final financial compensation and does not include a refund of the amount paid for the product.
